my fave fall smoothie

{ tropical pumpkin smoothie }

1/2 cup homemade pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin { NOT pumpkin pie filling }

1/2 cup coconut milk { NOT lite ­– we like Thai’s Kitchen or SO Delicious }

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup ice ~ to make extra frosty

1 banana, frozen { best if sliced before freezing }

…….

blend all ingredients until smooth. serve and enjoy!

NOTE:
for my husband I add 1 serving of vanilla protein { rice or whey based } power.
